ThenPrice compiles, aggregates, and processes historical pricing datasets for reference, educational, historical research, and general informational entertainment purposes only.
- Verified Prices:Data labeled as "Verified" is extracted from historical records published by official public U.S. government sources.
- Estimated Prices:Data labeled as "Estimated" consists of computed algorithmic approximations derived via historical inflation indices and macro-economic mathematical tracking models.
2. Disclaimer of Warranties; Accuracy of Data
THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT CONTAINED THEREIN ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
While we strive to ingest accurate historical parameters, Cien Rios LLC does not warrant, guarantee, or represent that any pricing figures—whether labeled as Verified or Estimated—are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free from error. "Estimated" values are algorithmic simulations and must not be treated as absolute historical financial fact. Your reliance on any data provided by the Service is strictly at your own risk.
3. Not Professional or Financial Advice
Nothing contained on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, commercial appraisal, purchasing, or asset-valuation advice. 4. Intellectual Property Rights
The ThenPrice name, logos, original user interface designs, visual layouts, backend algorithms, and proprietary compiled historical structural datasets are the exclusive property of Cien Rios LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws.
Underlying raw source material originating from U.S. federal databases resides within the public domain and is attributed accordingly. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access the website for individual use. You may not scrape, harvest, systematically download, extract via automated bots, resell, distribute, or commercially exploit the Service's compiled database structure without explicit, advance written authorization from Cien Rios LLC.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable federal, state, local, or international laws or regulations.
- Engage in any automated scripting, stress-testing, or high-frequency query attacks designed to disrupt, degrade, or bypass the server infrastructure.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to administrative portals, underlying Supabase database instances, or Vercel production hosting configurations.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CIEN RIOS LLC, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE OR ANY RELIANCE PLACED ON HISTORICAL ESTIMATES.
THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF CIEN RIOS LLC FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS OR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $100.00.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cien Rios LLC, its parent structures, affiliates, officers, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party operational rights.
8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Class Action Waiver: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND CIEN RIOS LLC AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED SOLELY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
9. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that specific provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Cien Rios LLC regarding the Service.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated by publishing the amended text here and revising the "Effective Date." Continued use of the platform after updates implies acceptance of the current legal guidelines.
